Clinical Research Indicates that VigRX Plus Drastically Improves Sex Drive, Penile Size and Hardness, Intracavernous Pressure and Sperm Volume Considerably
Clinical Research, Abstract #1
Based on the recommended dosage used, two dosages of VigRX (30 & 15 mg/kg/D) were monitored by oral intake to the adult Sprague Dawley male rats over the course of 14 continuous days, versus the regulated group only receiving 1 ml. of water (distilled).
Subsequently, the outcome of the research showed that there was no considerable difference between the accumulated body weight of the treated group and the regulated group.
At the higher dose of 30 mg/kg/D given to rats, VigRX Plus significantly increased erection size, intracavernous pressure—also known as ICP, sex drive, and sperm volume.
There is no statistical difference in the level of testosterone in the blood of VigRX treated group and the regulated group. The weight of various organs, such as testes, epididymis, penis, seminal vesicle, adrenal gland, prostate gland, pituitary gland and spleen, of the group treated with VigRX Plus did not differ significantly from that of the regulated group, with exception of the kidney and liver weight of the VigRX-treated group, which was significantly less than that of the regulated group.
VigRX Plus has no effect on the various organs weight but has some effects on liver and kidney by decreasing the weight of both organs significantly; on the other hand, it was noted that the higher dosage of 30 mg/kg induced a higher level of sex drive, a larger/harder erection, and increased the sperm volume in the test rats.
Clinical Research, Abstract #2
The objective of the research was to monitor the various long-term effects that VigRX Plus yield upon male sexual behavior over the course of 4, 8, & 12 weeks of administration, and on intracavernous pressure, erect penis size, blood chemistry, sperm density, testosterone levels, and other blood parameters, related reproductive organs and other various organ changes at around 12 weeks of administration in the adult Sprague-Dawley male rats.
Twelve weeks of long-term treatment could significantly increase the width of an erect penis size and the amount of intracavernous pressure, and sperm density but VigRX Plus had no other side effects on the other organ’s weight, such as testes, seminal vesicle, epididymis, penis, pituitary gland, adrenal gland, liver, kidney, spleen, and prostate gland.
During prolonged treatment of VigRX Plus, we did not see any effect on the value of blood chemistry, various blood parameters with the exception of the percentage of lymphocyte; however, it could remarkably increase the level of testosterone within these rats with the help of long-term treatment.
Also, the prolonged administration of VigRX Plus had no pathological effects on histopathological section of some organs like the kidney, liver, and testes
In the male rats, during long-term treatment, VigRX Plus astoundingly increased the width of their erect penis size, sperm density, testosterone level, and intracavernous pressure, but it had no negative effects on the other organ’s mass weight, blood parameters, and blood chemistry in the male rats. VigRX Plus had 0 pathological effects upon kidney, testes histology, and liver with long-term treatment.
